Skin type: Normal to dry
A while back, I had reviewed the very popular Milk and Honey Cream and the Sugar Smoothing Scrub from Oriflame. And today I have with me the Creamy Soap Bar from the same range. I bought this last month and have been using this regularly since. So if you wish to know how this product fared out for me, then please keep on reading. Let’s begin…
What The Brand Claims: Knowing the benefits of milk and honey, we have created the indulgent Milk & Honey Gold collection. Offering a wide range of nourishing and rich formulations for your face, hair and body that provide you with the ultimate pampering experience.
Packaging: The soap bar comes in a rectangular cardboard box that looks really pretty. As you open the box, you will find a thin plastic cover that holds the product inside. All the important details such as MRP, date of manufacturing, use-before date, ingredient list as well as net product weight are clearly mentioned. All in all, the packaging is simple, attractive as well as travel friendly.
My Experience With The Product: Oriflame Milk And Honey Gold Softening Creamy Soap Bar is white in color and is very easy to work with. It has a smooth texture and produces a rich, creamy lather when comes in contact with water. It effectively gets the job done and beautifully cleanses the skin. It removes all the dirt, dust and impurities and leaves the skin clean, soft and healthy.
Another great thing about this product is that it does not leave my skin dry or craving for moisture. In fact, on the contrary, it is really gentle and forgiving and the skin feels moisturized after every use! I feel this would work great for those with normal to dry skin. Rinsing the product off is also quick and fuss-free as it comes off quickly with water in one go.
Now coming to the fragrance, it has a soft soothing scent, that I quite like, but unfortunately, it disappears as soon as you step out of the shower. The product is easily available and can be bought online as well as through Oriflame reps. For a soap bar, it is definitely priced in the premium range and even then, the quantity offered is just 100 gms, which is really a bummer!

Final Thoughts: Oriflame Milk And Honey Soap has a smooth texture and produces a rich, creamy lather. It effectively cleanses the body and leaves it soft, clean and moisturized. Rinsing it off is also quick and easy as it comes off with water in a single go, without leaving any residue behind. And, it has a soft soothing scent that I really like!
But on the downside, I did not find anything extraordinary about this soap bar. The scent completely disappears by the time you step out of the shower and the product is definitely overpriced. And even then, the quantity offered is only 100 gm, which is so disappointing! So if you just wish to try it out for a change, then you can definitely purchase this. But as for me, I would not be buying it again. There are many other cream-based soaps in the market today and that too at a much lesser price. I would rather stick to my all-time favorite, the Nivea Creme Soft Soap.
Till next time,
